Adversity.......How will your players respond? Have you prepared them for the situations they will encounter? Is that possible?

Are you prepared for a coach to leave your school? What's the procedure for hiring a new coach? Do you have a coaching leadership program for all coaches at your school? Could it help?

Do you involve your players in your evaluation? What insight could they have? Who sees your coaching demeanor and impact more than them?

Think successful teams don't have distractions? As a coach can you minimize those distractions? Should you get involved or not?

What do others see when they watch your team on and off the field or court? How do you build and shape your team's character?
