Jessica Platt, one of Jen's long time friends, is a professional hockey player and in 2016 became the first transgender woman to play for the CWHL. Jess and Jen share memories of living together during university, which was also the time of Jess' transition. Jess speaks on the difficulty of transitioning, the lack of role models, the importance of a proper support system, and advocacy towards transgender rights.

Joss and Jen explore and give advice for that confusing time after graduating and trying to get that first job. Coming from a background in entertainment, producing, and marketing, between the both of them, Joss and Jen give insight to their first jobs and touch on unpaid internships.
