1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O Most High:

2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,

3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.

4 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

5 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.

6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.

7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

8 But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore. 

Praise is a weapon

Benefits of Praise

1. You get even more than the result you prayed for

2. God intervenes in your issues

3. It shows God's light

4. It shows God's ability in your situation

Don't praise God because you want results rather praise Him because He is good.

Matthew 4:17 New King James Version

17 From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Culture refers to the ideas, customs and social behaviours of a particular people or society.

It also means the attitudes and behaviours characteristic of a particular social group.

It is the way people behave, talk and interact.

Ecclesia (the Church) is a group of people who relate with the King. The king cascades his will, intention and purpose to them. The purpose of the Ecclesia is to cascade these to the people of the kingdom.

The Ecclesia runs the affairs of the King.

Stop seeing yourself as a Christian and start seeing yourself as the Church.

Colossians 1:13 New King James Version

13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love

Our preoccupation as citizens of the Kingdom of God are to:

1. Represent Christ on earth. Witness Christ.

2. Reconcile men to God, and

3. Reflect the Glory of God 1 Peter 2:9 TPT.

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. 

7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, 9 having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, 10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. 11 In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, 12 that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.

The grace of God is hinged on the love of God!

Jesus manifested to destroy the works of the Devil, and he has done it. Therefore, when Jesus Christ died and resurrected, poverty, sickness, failure, oppression and suppression by the enemy all died!

Why don't we hinge what we say on what Jesus Christ has already done? Why do we keep hoping for what has already been done? Hinge your faith on what Jesus has done!

The only thing we are to be hoping for is the second coming of Christ.

God holds nothing against you. React and respond to his love and grace by loving him and walking in faith.

Walk in grace by faith, and see things get activated for you.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. 16 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

You are under grace now, you are not under the law.

You will not struggle! You will not struggle to do the will of God. You will not struggle to hear God.

32 “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified."

If you want to increase in your spiritual walk with the Lord, you must constantly hear the Word of God.

17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

You are who you are today because you believed, not because of your works.

Activate in your life the law of grace!

10 For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].

19 For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].

19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

18-21 That’s why I don’t think there’s any comparison between the present hard times and the coming good times. The created world itself can hardly wait for what’s coming next. Everything in creation is being more or less held back. God reins it in until both creation and all the creatures are ready and can be released at the same moment into the glorious times ahead. Meanwhile, the joyful anticipation deepens.

You are the solution!

Romans 8: 29 - 30 (AMP)

29 For those whom He foreknew [and loved and chose beforehand], He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son [and ultimately share in His complete sanctification], so that He would be the firstborn [the most beloved and honored] among many believers. 30 And those whom He predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified [declared free of the guilt of sin]; and those whom He justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity].

3 things that happen when you change the dial and leave the mandate are:

1. You begin to struggle even in the things you have proficiency in. You compound issues for yourself.

2. You become very vulnerable to negativity and start to make wrong decisions. Wrong decision-making becomes too easy for you. Decision-making becomes impaired.

3. You become naked and empty in your spirit-man. 

So don't change that dial!

After identity is revealed (who you are in Christ), the next is mandate (your assignment form the Lord).

If your mandate goes with solution provision, it becomes easier for you to be more effective in carrying out your mandate.

God has gifted you with righteousness because you have accepted the finished work of Jesus Christ.

This enables you to stand without fear of a guilty conscience.

Walk with the confidence that comes from the gift of righteousness, don't change the dial, walk in the light and do the mandate that God has called you to do.
