“It was a few years ago that a guy gave me a book called “Becoming Your Own Banker” by Nelson Nash. Later that same day my friend Bob Hartley said to me, “I had a dream we were all to become our own bankers. Sounds crazy, I know!” Needless to say, I read the book! The book is a key strategy for wealth-building. According to the book, Americans spend 35% of their income on interest. This strategy allows you to reverse the flow and collect interest – you become your own banker.

You know I have written on financial strategies for years, and I can tell you this is the real deal. In this podcast I sit down with an expert in this strategy, Levi Clock, and my banker son, Ben, who is actually doing this strategy.
