After a weekend filled with exciting football, the crew reacts to Namibia reaching the semi-finals of the Cosafa Cup after beating Zimbabwe 2-0 ovr the weekend. Elsewhere, an emotional Messi won his first trophy with Argentina after they beat Brazil by a solitary goal at the Maracana Stadium, making it only the second time Brazil have lost a match there, plus we look it Italy's penalty shootout victory over England in the EURO's 202 Final at Wembley Stadium in London. Away from sports, tempers get heated when the crew starts to discuss Namibia's wealth inequality, with emphasis on land ownership.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited to a single guest in studio. This week we Namibia's Tourist of the year for 2020, Tina Haulyondjamba. The all-round travel influencer shares her experiences and gives us some travel tips, especially for those balling on a budget.

Neville and Q look back at last night's EURO 2020 Semi-final between England and Denmark, which England won after a hard fought 2 hours of football. This sets up an enticing final on Sunday between England and Italy, who have arguably been the best team at the tournament. Merja joins the conversation once we start to dissect the news of Jacob Zuma handing himself over to SA Police, seemingly to begin his 15 month sentence for contempt of court. We also look at the possibility of COVID-19 vaccines becoming mandatory in the not so distant future, with the world trending in a direction where you will be limited to less and less movement and services if you are not vaccinated.

A lethargic Monday morning in studio. The crew covers the COVID-19 figures before unpacking the weekend's main events. Locally, Namibians once again showed their disregard for COVID-19 regulation in videos that surfaced over the weekend, where the aftermath of a heavily attended funeral turns into a ruckus, with someone doing doughnuts with a BMW in front of the cemetery, while another pulled out a gun and started firing it off in the air. We also reflect on the sad situation unfolding with the burial of Prof. Mburumba Kerina.

This week we are joined we are joined in studio by Neville Basson, who explains to us why he is the only one allowed to walk around in his boxers in the Basson household. Award nominated entertainer DJ Alba also steps by the studio to hear her nearly decade long journey with us.

On yesterday's show, the crew predicted a fallout from Namibian athlete Christine Mboma's stunning performances so far this year, and once again, life decides to imitate art. Mboma and compatriot Beatrice Masilingi were withdrawn from the 400m hits at the upcoming Tokyo Olympics, under suspicion of increased levels of testosterone. This has naturally caused an uproar on social media following the country's jubilant celebration of their stunning achievements. This dominates this morning's conversation. Plus, we wait with baited breath as the deadline for former South African President Jacob Zuma to hand himself in to the South African Police draws ever closer.

We continue our commentary on the EURO's, with England making history last night by beating Germany in the round of 16, making it the first time they beat Germany in the knockout stages of a cup competition in 55 years. The crew then get into a debate on firstly, whether one can respect the decision of anti-vaxers to net get the jab, and secondly whether one should respect that decision, granted the vaccination project is essentially a "group assignment".

Monday we welcomed back Neville, today we welcome back sports, with the EURO's and Copa America in full swing. The crew reacts to Spain's emphatic Extra Time win over Croatia, and the total shock of reigning World Champions France falling to little Switzerland on penalties. Merja shares a story of a couple with serious wage disparities going on holiday accompanied by other people and deciding to share the costs equally. Obviously the one cannot keep up with some of the rather exorbitant tastes and opt out of those. This sparks the debate of the how much responsibility the other partner holds to in covering those costs, or all of them for that matter.

He shares his difficult fight with COVID-19, giving an emotional account of the mental battle, which he came close to losing many times. This is all the more scary, given Namibia recorded over 6000 new infections and over 100 fatalities in the past 72 hours.
