The crew applauds Namibians for their response in the wake of the devastating fire that flattened Otwaloloka. We also discuss the land situation in Zimbabwe as that country's government approaches the IMF for a loan which they intend to use to compensate white farmers who lost their land during the mass land grabbing which occurred in the early 2000s.

Merja takes the morning off, and Shines fills the vacant chair, boy oh boy. Reflecting on the current COVID-19 situation with 11 companies in Windhoek temporarily closes because of COVID-19 related causes, and Government turning to the IMF for more funds, with no transparency with the over 8 billion NAD already allocated for the country's COVID-19 response plan. Nothing really ever gets going however, as the viewers simply cannot comprehend Shines' American accent.

The crew welcomes back Neville to the studio after taking Monday, needless to say, things start normally with a COVID-19 update with Windhoek looking like the next epicenter for Namibia as the virus makes inroads into the community. And then, things somehow take a turn.

Uncle Neville takes the Monday off so Tate Nawaness fills the vacant seat. The crew reacts to the tragic inferno that decimated the OTWALOLOKA informal settlement in Walvis Bay. The state's glaring ineptitude sparks riots as 2 lives are lost and more than 400 people are left homeless. Meanwhile, the SWAPO Party has a 2-day introspection summit to take stock of 2019's election results.

Back to reality, Windhoek records 7 COVID-19 cases, 6 of which seemingly being community transmission, and Walvis Bay moving ahead to lifting alcohol prohibition with a surging case load. Also back in the headlines, FISHROT, as whistle-blower Jóhannes Stefánsson vows to finish what he started when the Fishrot Trial begins. That maks it 2 for 2 as the crew deliberately avoided these 2 topics the previous day.
