Bryan is first and foremost a family man. He is a US Marine Corps Veteran, a long time basketball coach and an avid runner. Aside from this, he is the creator and host of Dad Up Podcast.

He started the podcast as a way to inspire and encourage dads to be the best father and role model they can be for their kids and family. His show has inspired thousands of dads all over the world to step up and be the dad they are supposed to be. He has had the honor of meeting and interviewing high profile guests from celebrities to pro-athletes to business owners on their fatherhood journey.

She not only sets the example, but lives it daily. Her music is art, from the first note to the way the videos are directed. I found myself mesmerized and playing her music in a loop. 

At four-years-old, her hands touched the black and white keys on a keyboard for the first time. Her love for music evolved into a career as a professional dancer and was one of the youngest members of the San Francisco Ballet. After eleven years in SF Ballet, she moved to New York City where I performed on Broadway as the lead in the Tony Award winning production of An American in Paris.

Look, I never thought I would be the guy speaking on this subject. I just find it too interesting now to share. 

My mind has been looking for new ideas that make more sense than that which lies in front of us. There needs to be more to our minds than just thinking I need to survive. 

When I first heard the law of attraction and positivity sells, it was like "ok cool" but when you really dive deep into these concepts, they change your world. 

We are what we think about. There is nothing else to this. Think about something enough and the dots connect. Put out the right frequency and the "universe" helps you get the things you want. The key is to actually believe. Don't wonder how. Just raw belief. 

If you know something will happen, it will happen. Most people steer clear of this because they try to figure out the puzzle themselves before the right time comes. Have faith. Raise your frequency. 

Today's episode features Ally Melendez. One of the reasons I brought her on is because I felt that in order to be an on air broadcaster, you have to have a certain personality and outlook on life. 

Ally proved me right and is so positive and full of great energy that she radiates to others. No doubt the sky is the limit for her.
