Amanda: Hi Camila, I'm sorry I'm late. How long have you been waiting for?
Camila: Hey Amanda. Not long, don't worry. So, what's up with you?
Amanda: I have been working, and it's really cold here in Minas Gerais. I heard it's
very cold in São Paulo. So, how has the weather been there?
Camila: Here in the south it's very, very cold, and it actually snowed a few days ago
in the mountains here. Speaking of which, have you ever seen snow?
Amanda: No, no, I've never seen snow. I've never left Brazil, I've never left the
southeast of Brazil, because I know it's been snowing in the south.
Camila: I've seen snow, and I've done snowboarding once.
Amanda: What... How was it?
Camila: It was... painful to be honest, because you're not really prepared to be
standing on the snow. It's very nerve wracking, and you need to be better prepared,
so I'm glad I've only done this once.
Amanda: But where was it?
Camila: It was in the United States, in Connecticut. And I went there with a friend,
and I remember that day I fell a lot of times on the snow, and my friend was always
making fun of me, and making videos of me. Now it's funny to tell the story, but at
the time it was very, very painful, because it really hurts when you fall on the snow.
Amanda: I don't have any funny story to tell about that, because I've never seen
snow, so...
Camila: Would you like to?
Amanda: Yes, I would love to.
Camila: I have never done snowman. It was never something that I thought of
doing, but I did do the snow angel, you know, where you lay down on the ground,
and then you move your arms and your legs. It was pretty cool, I've done it once.
Amanda: That's amazing then.
Camila: Yeah, the kids love it.
Amanda: Well, it was great catching up, Amanda.
Camila: Yes, thank you.
