Once you've proven to yourself that your mind has more stability and agility than you might have thought then you can push those boundaries without the fear of losing control. Be all the emotions all the time, but in balance. It's okay to be angry, scared, glad, guilty, sad and hopeful all at once, and even to focus on one for a time, as needed, but don't wallow.
