My guest today may go by @another_avg_joe on Instagram but Joey "Wonder" Brown is also a good dude! This former F-15E WSO is trying to help connect the dots for veterans everywhere.

My guest for this episode has the nickname of the "Vegan Warrior" which wouldn't lead you to believe that Anthony Mullally, a professional rugby league player, was 6'5" and around 250 pounds. You may not think surfer, meditation or conservationist either. Which is exactly why I wanted to have him on the podcast.

The intent of this podcast is and always will be to chat with men who I think have character and can teach myself and others good lessons. Sebastian Paz is this kind of man. 

He is a proud husband and father, who believes in serving others. He's done this as a military member, as a medical professional and also as a business owner. 

Competition is healthy and it can drive you to levels of success you may not reach without it. Comparison however, will lead you down the road to failure. 

Memorial Day has meaning. It honors the men and women who are no longer with us because they paid the ultimate price so others, including myself, did not have too. 

They are heroes. Remember them.

There are leaders in every industry or profession who suffer from paralysis by analysis. They know if they follow the rules and maintain the status quo they can't be fired; even if it means stagnating those around them.

My guest today is someone who serves. Joe served his country, both as an Air Force PJ and also as a Combat Rescue Officer.
