I’ve discovered that meditating on self-love allows me to reconnect with my soul, through my heart and mind and guides me to remember that I am worthy of love, especially my own.
When we practice self-love and compassion through meditation it can help build self-confidence, inner peace, and positive emotions.
When negative thoughts or feelings arise during meditation, we simply notice them in the moment. This leaves us better able to handle negative internal dialogue outside of meditation. Maybe at work, in a social setting, or maybe even in the bedroom with the one we love most.
There are all kinds of strategies, ways of thinking, patterns of behavior, and practical tips for improving your life and feeling better about yourself, but what if the foundation isn't there? Where do begin?
This is where. I offer this guided Inner Confidence Meditation to you to guide you to that inner confidence where ever you may be helping you build on that foundation to support you in what it takes to build the confidence and practicing mindfulness to find that and to bring out who you are.
