Do you want to know the secret to a high vibration? It begins with your mourning routine. You have to find a routine that works for you and most importantly one you can stick to!
My routine looks like this:
- Lay in bed and think about the things I am grateful for and how I am going to make a difference. This includes doing my affirmations.
- I change the way I wake up everyday. I do this because adding adventure brings change.
- I don’t mediate when I wake up- this is because i don’t want to be sleepy.
- Then I grab my coffee, chat with my boys, and discuss with my husband what we are reading.
- We also go on walks to remind ourselves of where we’ve been verse where we are now. This keeps us humble and allows us to spend time together.
- Exercise is a big part of my routine as well. This is therapeutic because it takes my mind off of everything and focus on the burn!
I have found that this routine keeps me motivated, on my toes, and allows me to have something to look forward to.
