Affirmation:

The Goodness of Life is my life now.

I show up this day with an open heart and an open mind.

I show up this day with open arms ready to receive.

The Spirit of the Living God goes before me making the rough places smooth and the crooked places straight.

I graciously yield to it.

I know that something great, grand, and glorious unfolds in my life today.

Every fiber of my being is alive with enthusiasm and joyous expectancy.

I give thanks for the renewal of my Spirit.

I shine brightly illuminating everything and everyone that I meet.

Affirmation:

Life is in a constant process of renewing itself.

Every winter is followed by the spring.

The bird knows its song regardless of the season.

My heart is always in full blossom, finding nourishment wherever I am.

Healing never has to be coerced for it’s the natural order of things.

As I proclaim worthiness and value in all things, I enable them to transform.

I have the patience to await the ripening of my inner and outer fruits.

I have the insight to replant, even as I harvest.

My cup runs over and my soul is restored.

All is well.

Affirmation: I live in a constant state of being renewed by Life’s Goodness. I build upon the rock, not shifting sand. The Love Ethic governs my life.

I love God with all of my heart, strength, and all of my mind.

I love myself and my neighbor as myself.

I choose to love all "enemies" as my neighbor and myself.

Love unifies all things.

I do not slay the dragons, I befriend them as a part of myself.

Shadow energy dissipates in the light of my embrace.

None are expendable, all are redeemable.

All mistakes fade into God.

I courageously explore the foreign land of my own heart and mind.

The "Holy Grail" that I seek is the Christ already within me.

Affirmation:

Regardless of circumstances and conditions, I know that there is a blessing in everything.

God is Good all of the time.

Miracles large and small are occurring every day.

I acknowledge the multitude of blessings too numerous to count.

My very existence is a miracle for which I am eternally grateful.

I am here by the Grace of God.

If I had 10,000 tongues it just wouldn’t be enough to say “Thank you.”

An attitude of gratitude is the antidote for most spiritual ailments.

As gratitude increases, anxiety decreases.

With every fiber of my being, I am grateful beyond measure

Spirit seeks to express itself in, through, and as me.

The only love that I will ever know is the love that shines through me.

The only joy that I will ever know is the joy that resonates in my heart.

The only power that I will ever know is the power that I put into action.

The river of life flows into the sea of all possibility.

More than going with the flow, I am the current.

God’s Grace is closer than hands and feet, nearer than my very breath.

What I am looking for, I am looking with.

Grace is where my spoken and unspoken needs delight in God’s intentional provision.

I am comforted by forces working together for my Good every minute of every day.

There is so much more than what meets the eye.

I move beyond the need to see it to believe it, for as I believe it I see it.

When things are blocked, I boldly declare “Another Way!”

I rest assured that there is always a way, whether I can see it in the moment or not.

The Universe is friendly.

We live in a vibratory field of Oneness and Unity.

All things are conspiring together for our Good.

Life wants us at our best. It rejoices in our well-being.

We are intrinsically connected to the Divine.

In God we live, move, and have our being.

We are never alone.

The Divine Presence expresses as us.

We can never exist outside of it; the finite is always contained within the Infinite.

To feel the Holy Spirit I need only embrace its presence.

In the dark of the night, I courageously proclaim the Light.

God is with us.

Life is lived one moment at a time.

Each moment is rich and full of wonder.

Life is a journey, a continuous arrival.

There is no final destination, just the next leg of the journey.

I gain the courage to live the next moment by facing the one I’m in.

Daily spiritual practice expands my capacity to stay present.

Even as I look forward to increasing clarity, I embrace the “not know.”

Beginner’s mind affords me with new insights.

My trust seasons as I surrender to what is.

With a graciousness of heart, I am present to whatever is next.

I dedicate my life to being a vessel of Joy’s revelation.

I choose to live in Oneness with life and the glorious ways it manifests.

Walking in the glory of a Higher Truth, I allow the past to be a portal to deeper healing.

I trade in attachments for transcendent awareness.

I can see clearly that we are all a part of the Great I AM.

Forgiveness washes away the mud and crud that camouflages the Truth.

I willingly relinquish past perceptions for new perspectives.

Unleashing my imagination from the confines of space and time it soars to new possibilities.
