Get comfortable for a guided meditation that will bring your mind, body and energy into an inner state as you withdraw from the external to the internal — An inner state of rest.
This is a practice of Pratyahara, one of the 8 limbs of yoga meaning to withdraw and go inward.
I will guide you on a journey through the breath, to follow your inhales and exhales as they move through the body.
With time, you move away from the external stimulation and arrive at a place where there is more rest, stillness, less thoughts and more presence — Its inside.
