This is a meditation to connect with stillness. We start this meditation with a calming body scan. I then invite you to turn your awareness to the breath. The easy rise and fall, the natural rhythm. By focusing on the steady breath you will be honing your ability to concentrate, to turn inwards and to draw your attention to the stillness within you. This stillness is always present, yet many of us cannot get in touch with it amidst the business of our lives. Let me guide you towards your natural mode of peace, away from distractions
