Hey, hey everybody! Welcome back to another episode of The Soulful Biz Babes Podcast. Thank you so much for tuning in. I hope you're having an amazing day - it is beautiful here in St. Louis! Fall just finally hit this week and I am loving it, brings back so many memories of growing up. It's just my favorite time of year so I hope you're getting some of that wherever you live. Today I wanted to talk a little bit about some of those innermost thoughts that can be negatively impacting your business. Now, you know I'm a mindset junkie. I love talking about mindset and how it can really significantly impact your business. You can have all the strategies you want but if you don't have the right mindset that affects the right actions to take, you're not going to see the results you want in your business. It's super important to talk about some of these limiting beliefs - imposter syndrome is a prime example of these self sabotaging tendencies that we create for ourselves. And maybe we go through this unknowingly. So like I said before, these innermost thoughts can create self-sabotage, it can create some overthinking tendencies, procrastination, lack of results, or maybe just not starting or not taking action. Okay, so let’s dive deeper in this episode!
