Hello and welcome to another exciting episode of the Soulful Biz Babes Podcast. Thank you so much for joining me today!
Today, I will be talking about the BIGGEST thing that is keeping you from seeing results NOW and how to fix it.
I know that we all want to put our offers out there. To build an audience, to grow a following of die-hard fans, to make money. BUT… there seems to be one HUGE thing keeping us from doing what needs to be done to make it happen. OURSELVES.
How do we do that?
We always Procrastinate / indecisive / don’t trust ourselves
We compare ourselves to others-don’t see ourselves as experienced as that other person, not as confident, not as good at writing content or speaking
We don’t think results are possible for us - don’t see ourselves worthy, don’t believe that we can do it
We think no one is paying attention or wants what we have just because no one commented on our post or bought right away when we sent that email
We don’t like getting uncomfortable so when it comes to taking our biz to the next level, doing scary things and putting ourselves out there even more, we shut ourselves down in order to protect ourselves - Self -sabotage
This literally means that when it comes to taking the steps we know are necessary we don’t do it.
We’ll look for evidence or reasons to NOT do something rather than understanding that fear and discomfort and the unknown is part of the process.
We let our EGO get involved.
We’d rather be comfortable in what we know to be true - even if it isn’t what we really want - because we don’t like the unknown.
Look at it from the vantage point of your highest self in the future
Ask yourself…
If I were already the person I wanted to be or had reached my goals - what would I be doing next?
What decisions would the future me make?
How would the future me benefit from that decision?
Where will I be this time next year if I don’t take action, don’t invest?

November 10, 2020 How Do You Trust Yourself When You're Not Seeing Results
Hey Soulful Biz Babes! Today I was journaling, which I do pretty much every morning. I like to journal out what's bothering me, what's on my mind, what ideas I have, and one question that came up for me over and over and over is, “How do you trust yourself when nothing seems to be going right?” I've had numerous conversations with clients over the years and they say, “I'm doing all these things and nothing seems to be working. I'm doing exactly what you told me and nothing seems to be working.” And yeah, I've had those conversations with my coaches where I've done exactly what they've asked, I feel like I'm doing all the things, and I'm not getting the results that I had hoped for, and I'm not getting the results that I had anticipated. This even goes for my brick and mortar business. You know, I had a mentor at one time who would do all the things that everyone else was doing and seemingly having great success. And it just didn't work for me. And the thing is, how do you keep trusting yourself, how do you keep trusting your coach or how do you keep trusting your gut when nothing seems to be working the way that you had hoped? So I think this is a valid question, and maybe there's a reason that this was brought up for me to talk about today because there is probably somebody who needs to hear this and is going through this right now. They're doing all these things, and they're just frustrated, they're overwhelmed, they're watching all these other people achieve these great results and it's not happening for them and they think, “Why is it happening for them and not me?” It can definitely start to create some feelings of envy or feelings of jealousy and that's not really a place that we ideally want to be, especially if we're trying to grow our business, grow our income, or get more clients. We don't want to sit in that place of desperation, overwhelm or frustration. Okay, so that's why it's most of it's really important to figure out and that is what we will be talking about on the podcast today!

November 03, 2020 Knowing Yourself as a Client + Getting the Best Results for Yours
Thanks for joining me on today’s episode, Soulful Biz Babes! Today, I want to talk about consistency and how consistency makes you money. And what I mean when I use the word “consistency,” because there are different interpretations of what consistency is - not just a schedule, which is what we often first think of. Instead, I am feeling pulled to talk about consistency and how it's so important to know yourself when you're choosing a program or when you're choosing a coach so that you can get the best results. But also, if you are starting an online business, if you're coaching, if you're creating courses, if you're creating memberships, how you can serve your clients better with consistency in mind. I'm gonna be sharing three quick strategies and I think that this is important to discuss because this is actually something I discovered as I was DMing with women who were interested in my Passion to Proof program. We were talking about what they have done, what programs they have been in, and what kind of action they take, and where they were feeling stuck.
So today we are going to talk about the value in consistently knowing yourself and how that is going to help you choose the right coach, the right program, the right course for you!

Hey Soulful Biz Babes! I thought it would be interesting to go back and share with you guys today, what I wish I could tell myself if I could go back to when I first started my online business. So basically I want to give you clear advice and tell you to “do this, not that” in order to start making sales and booking clients!

October 20, 2020 When to Invest and How to Choose the Right Mentor or Program for You
Hello Soulful Biz Babes! Today I felt called to talk about how to choose your next mentor for your next program and how to know when it's time to invest. I'll share my investing experience which I've shared many times before, but maybe you haven't heard it. I think when you are just getting started in your business or you're not bringing in consistent money in your business, you can really talk yourself out of investing very easily. I used to justify that I wasn't making enough money to spend on coaching and thought I should be further along before I invested in coaching, or I should be further along before I joined that program, or I would just make do with kind of copying what everybody else was doing. And that got me to a point, but then I got to a place where I was stuck. So if you're there, or if you are to a place where you're thinking, “I just don't know where to go next,” it might be time for you to think about finding a mentor, a program, or something that can give you a little more support, and not leave you wavering.

October 06, 2020 How I Enrolled Clients in the DMs without a Single Post or Sales Page
Hello lovelies! Welcome back to another episode of The Soulful Biz Babes Podcast. Thank you so much for tuning in today, I am so excited to have you here and I'm so excited to be talking about this topic today. Literally, I cannot express how exciting this is for me to share with you because this is something that I never thought I would ever be able to talk about. I always saw people online, say, “I sold spots in the DMs and I didn't have to get on a sales call!” And I would always think to myself, “Yeah, that's never gonna happen for me, I just don't have that skill. I don't know how to make it happen.” And now it has finally happened for me. In the past two weeks, I have sold three spots into a brand new program without a launch and I sold those spots in the DMs. I am beyond excited and thrilled that this has happened. I'm so happy for the clients who are joining me! I wanted to share this because I know this could be so helpful for you. I know that just like me, I never thought this could happen but here's what I'm saying - if I can do this, so can you. There are a couple different elements that went into this process and the thing is - I am still having conversations and ideas right now about this same brand new secret program that I'm not launching, and I’m still booking clients! I want this for you and your business so let’s make this happen!

Hey, hey everybody! Welcome back to another episode of The Soulful Biz Babes Podcast. Thank you so much for tuning in. I hope you're having an amazing day - it is beautiful here in St. Louis! Fall just finally hit this week and I am loving it, brings back so many memories of growing up. It's just my favorite time of year so I hope you're getting some of that wherever you live. Today I wanted to talk a little bit about some of those innermost thoughts that can be negatively impacting your business. Now, you know I'm a mindset junkie. I love talking about mindset and how it can really significantly impact your business. You can have all the strategies you want but if you don't have the right mindset that affects the right actions to take, you're not going to see the results you want in your business. It's super important to talk about some of these limiting beliefs - imposter syndrome is a prime example of these self sabotaging tendencies that we create for ourselves. And maybe we go through this unknowingly. So like I said before, these innermost thoughts can create self-sabotage, it can create some overthinking tendencies, procrastination, lack of results, or maybe just not starting or not taking action.
