For many, the world went upside-down in the spring 2020.  Jennifer Pfister and Andrea Orsag decided to act. They chose to inspire  the world by launching Co-Cast ; A podcast to share the amazing stories full of compassion, insights, ideas and hope from all over the world.  In this episode we discussed the importance of stories, mindfulness and the art of listening in education.

Inès and Ana are two inspiring women. They are recent university graduates. They came on this episode to share their experience and feelings about school.  Even though they were both very successful in their studies, the path to graduation was not easy. The pressure created in many classrooms affected their confidence and self worth at times. They express their frustration with the school system and its impact on students' mental health and well being.  We also discussed the negative impact that too much focus on competition and performance is having on students and teachers emotional wellbeing. Finally the conversation focused on potential ways to improve the human experience of traditional education. Sometimes funny, sometimes insightful and deep. This dialogue should resonate with many people, particularly high school and university students.
