- The lagger mentality in eCommerce – Everyone's just reinventing the wheel instead of pushing real innovation. There's a huge opportunity for merchants who dare to create better shopping experiences. Shoppers are ready for it. The money’s there. 

- Digging for real, valuable data direct from customers – the best insights don’t come from dashboards alone. You’ve gotta be out there, in tune with your customers. That’s where the gold is.

- Why ‘social commerce’ isn’t actually social – Right now, it’s just digital infomercials. But shopping is inherently a social activity. Brands that integrate real social elements (hint: Shop with Friends!) will win.
