Do you clean your kitchen counter every day? (that is if you use it of course :) ). Like we do a quick cleaning there, the same applies to our thoughts. Journaling is a bit like cleaning your kitchen counter: you download your thoughts every day - ideally in the morning - and you are ready to embrace your day without those thoughts lingering in your mind and fighting for attention like a bunch a small kids all speaking at the same time and wanting something from you!
