Rich Newell is the President and CEO of Tower Health’s Pottstown and Phoenixville Hospitals, which are part of the three-hospital system in Southern Pennsylvania. Before his time with Tower Health, Rich spent five years at Carlisle Medical Center, where he took on the leadership role as the CEO in 2013. He graduated from Berry College with a degree in business administration and management, from Temple University Graduate school with his master’s in physical therapy, and from Temple University with his doctorate in physical therapy.

Being a leader means following your instincts, and that is what Rich Newell has been doing since the early stages of his leadership roles.
