Hello and welcome to the first episode of my audio journal or podcast. This one is particularly long because it's the story of how I was arbitrarily detained in the Congo and held for ransom by the military. I'm not sure if anybody works. Listen to this, but I hope that you find it someone entertaining, this occurred over the course of two months and prior to that I was traveling through West Africa, trying to reach Madagascar without a plane from Morocco.

Things did not unfold as expected to say the least. if you manage to find this and listen to it, I hope you enjoy it. I plan to post one episode weekly 2024 has been a rough year for a multitude of reasons and I'm hoping that this will be a therapeutic release for me. Cheers, Nelson
