Josh Sigurdson reports on the Trump Administration's DOJ continuing the appeal via the EPA on the landmark fluoride ruling.
In September of 2024, Judge Edward Chen ruled that fluoride poses "an unreasonable risk of reduced IQ in children" at 0.7 milligrams per literally. This was considered enough to take a practical legal response whether it be warnings or an outright ban on hydrofluosilicic acid, the bi-product of aluminum and phosphate smelting, considered officially as "toxic waste."
The Biden administration cracked down and attempted to appeal the decision, pushing for fluoride to continue to poison unknowing people when they drink tap water or shower.
Now, the Trump Administration is continuing the appeal process as the solicitor general who had previously claimed Trump had the "right" to assassinate political rivals and currently reports to Pam Bondi and the White House pushes for the fluoride restrictions to be thrown out.
Derrick Broze who has been part of the Fluoride Action Network for many years has advocated for the removal of fluoride from tap water for some time. We interviewed him back in February of 2024 about one of the major lawsuits taking place. In this video, we read over one of his articles at The Last American Vagabond.
The MAHA movement has thus far pushed MMR Measles vaccines, new Moderna mRNA vaccines for children ages 6 months to 11 years, the fast tracking of dangerous saRNA vaccines, wearable devices to track your every move and the approval of a measure to keep thr EPA from labeling pesticides.
As we unfortunately predicted, the MAHA movement has been a limited hangout operation to keep people on their hands, waiting for the very criminals who have been poisoning the populace for decades to bring health justice.
Currently, fluoride tablets for babies are exploding in popularity.
We need to take personal action of we want to see this situation change.
