In this episode I breakdown my feelings of the word cringe and what it means to be cringey. I talk about how through watching some of my favorite artist be vulnerable both artistically and creatively, it allowed me to give myself freedom to authentically express myself. Even through the cringeness of it all. It further pushed me to realize just how subjective cringeness is. It brought me to a place where I saw that, as a nation we view raw, organic human emotions and vulnerability as, not only crigney, but something to be hid. I realized the feeling of cringeness can only be conquered by doing it even when it feels cringey, even when its awkward, and even when you're insecure about it! This new level of awareness has allowed me to deal with my social and performance anxiety head on. Along with improving my self confidence and personal development.
