Sometimes we don't manage our insecurities very well and we allow them to cause to be negative and mean. This happens and we can move forward inspite of it.

"Practice makes perfect" in this episode let's journey together on the road of speaking over negative emotions we hold ourselves to with by speaking positive words much louder than our insecurities.

Imposter syndrome is false a sense of self out of insecurity that will hold you back from acknowledging your growth and accomplishments. This is a result of lies that were perhaps place in you about yourself at a young age.

Could words hurt us, and have they? Words have staying power unlike the results of sticks and stones that will heal in time. healing our insecurities will heal the world

Sometimes we play small out of insecurity perhaps to get others to except,like, and even love us. It's a dead end, and we must expect the fact some people even "family" will only like if you play small because perhaps because their insecurities are speaking🤷‍♂️
