Here's to Chris Wilson who recently jumped into OVF (Operation Veteran Freedom).

He is like me, has issues with sleep. His mention of that reminded me of the CBT study I did in late 2019 (right before the Rona!).

Insomnia doesn't have to be a bad thing... Keep a journal, go back to it when you need inspiration or jog a memory of a task.
