In the third edition of their new Inside Lacrosse Podcast, former pro players and high school, club and college coaches Peet Poillon and Matt Bocklet discuss talk to former Maryland Terrapin and three-time Tewaaraton winner, current AU Pro U.S. Women's National Team player and head coach coach of her alma mater, McDonogh (Md.), Taylor Cummings about the equity between men's and women's college lacrosse, her thoughts on AU Pro Year Two and her philosophies as a high school head coach.

In a weekend which features Ancient Eight squads in two of the six Top 20 matchups, they check in with Yale  coach Andy Shay and give a whip-around preview of each of the Ivy League lacrosse teams. 

In this week’s interview, Dixie sits down with Shay to learn about how they managed to survive COVID, the Yale alumni network, program culture, new facilities and recruiting, how mentors like Bob Shillinglaw and Greg Cannella have shaped Shay’s style, the 2022 team and its leaders. Of course, they also tackle the all-important issues of Handsome Dan’s status and the best pizza spots in the New Haven area.
