Outreach Teen & Family Services is a community-based counseling agency, providing professional, confidential, affordable counseling  to young people and their families. 

It was created nearly 50 years ago in Mt. Lebanon, in response to citizens' concerns.  In this episode of "Inside Lebo," Executive Director Mary Birks discusses the invaluable services offered today.
