Today's guest is Ron Franscell. A lifelong journalist, he's worked for newspapers in Wyoming, New Mexico, California, and Denver, Colorado. He is now a managing editor for the Beaumont (TX) Enterprise. Ron will talk about his books ANGEL FIRE, THE DEADLINE, THE OBITUARY, and his latest release, THE DARKEST NIGHT.

Art served with Helicopter Attack Squadron Three and as Officer in Charge of a Seawolf Detachment. During his 22-year career as a Naval Aviator he received The Distinguished Flying Cross, a Bronze Star, 21 Air Medals, 2 single action air medals, Presidential Unit Citation, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, and a Vietnamese air medal. He flew 808 Combat missions.

Last February 18, Melody Grell learned that the body of her 21-year-old son Joshua had been found on the beach in Navarre, Florida. According to police and autopsy reports, Josh died as the result of accidental drowning. But a couple of weeks later, disturbing information came to light. The more she learned the more convinced Melody became that Josh's death may not have been an accident at all. Tonight we’ll talk with Melody and investigative reporter David Craig.

Tonight's guest is singer and song wtiter Johnny Seaton. An Elvis look alike, he's performed in Las Vegas many times over the years, including his portrayal of Presley in "Elvis an American Musical." The show played to sold out crowds across the country, including the showroom of the Las Vegas Hilton.
