Featuring Liesl Richardson, national DAFNE trainer and quality assessor. Liesl has been a diabetes specialist nurse since 1999 and a DAFNE educator and peer reviewer since 2005. Liesl talks about her great aunt who cared for people with diabetes in the 1920's and how far we have come since the introduction of insulin to care for people with Type 1 diabetes.
