On this weeks show we discuss if Marvin Vettori deserves his title shot after his brilliant destruction of Kevin Holland. There is no doubt his performance was superb but was it good enough or eye catching enough to get a shot at Adesanya next?? We also discuss the rest of this very good card as 2 Brits in Arnold Allen and Jack Shore put in a couple of great performances. What's next for Allen though and we discuss why he isnt being pushed towards a title shot anytime soon. We also have a quick chat about One Champ from last week were DJ was handed his first loss by finish of his career and what a finish it was. And should Eddie Alavarez have been DQd??

Well we waited 19 months for Leon Edwards to make his long awaited return and guess what happened, it ended in a no contest due to an accidental eye poke. Talk about Rocky having an absolutely no luck whatsoever, 4 called off fights due to Coronavirus now this. We talk what's next for Edwards and Muhammed as he's screaming for the rematch but we aren't so sure that the rematch should happen! 

That's 2 weeks in a row now we've had Illegal Knee Strikes in the UFC, surely Eryk Anders cant be that daft?? We talk about how daft this was and surely the coaches are telling their fighters to be careful when using knee strikes.... Plus we talk the rest of this surprisingly good card as we had KOs galore and some cracking fights!!

Kevin Holland is back again this weekend as he takes on experienced campaigner Derek Brunson in a big Middleweight contest and we look at Trilogy of Cage Warriors taking place this weekend including our very own Aidan Stephen fighting on Saturday night!!

Fair play to Izzy he dared to be great, he dared to be a Champ Champ but he fell just short as Big Jan showed that stepping up 20 pounds was just a step too far. Izzy is still one of the best P4P fighters but surely Jan Blachowicz has to be involved in that conversation now as one of the best P4P on the planet?

Petr Yan decided to probably the stupidest thing we have ever seen in a Title fight as he full force kneed Aljo square in the face when he was classed as downed fighter, so rightly lost his title but should Aljo have been announced as the new Champ? Hear our thoughts on this and the rest of this ridiculously good card, there is so much to talk about we could have went on for hours!

On our 100th Episode of Inside The Cage we do what is probably the longest preview of a card that we have ever done. UFC 259 is a card of Epic proportions and an epic card deserves an epic preview. We look at Israel Adesanya attempt to join an elite club and become a CHAMP CHAMP by beating Jan Blachowicz, Amanda Nunes looks to beat the last Featherweight contender there is in Megan Anderson and Petr Yan defends his title against the most dangerous fighter he's ever faced in Aljamain Sterling. This card is STACKED from Top to Bottom!

Oh and we take a look at the Heavyweight fight between Gane and Rosenstruik at the weekend.

All the doubts are out the window now. There is now no doubt that Kamuru Usman is the best Welterweight in the world and the best since a certain GSP was on the Scene. But is he P4P in the world right now? We discuss this plus the best of the rest from UFC 258.
