The Eagles marched down to New Orleans and outlasted the Saints, 15-12. The win puts the birds at 2-1 to start the 2024 season. So, all is well and good right? WRONG. The ITERZ crew tries to figure out why beat writers and radio hosts are so anti Nick, yet pro Howie. Even when the team and coaches win despite mistakes and holes Howie caused, he gets all the praise.

Erik and Matt then relish in the fact that they called out the DL in the pregame show, and they were the driving force behind their success yesterday. It was a glimpse of what could be regarding this defense, especially with the DAWGS stepping up and making impact plays.

After this, they take a deeper dive into the conversation about QBs from yesterday. Erik believes that the coach/qb combo and success is an anomoly, while Matt has an interesting take about college ball setting up young qbs for more failure than before.

They end the show with a fun discussion about their hatred for talking fantasy football. The basis being: people only talk about their teams and nobody wants to hear about someone's team on a consistent basis. Are they in the minority?

The Eagles grasped defeat from the jaws of victory on Monday night. After a dropped pass on third down, Atlanta got the ball back down 3 with around 1:50 left in the game. A few plays later, the Linc and everyone watching at home was in shock as Atlanta scored the game winning TD with 34 seconds left.

Now at 1-1, what's the reaction?
