Welcome to the Inside The Labyrinth podcast hosted by two New York Police Officers from two different Departments. We had the honor and privilege to interview Aaron who is a New York City Police Sergeant with the Health and Wellness Unit, a newly developed unit within the NYPD. Aaron talks about what the unit entails and also shares his incredible weight loss journey and how he became, in his own words, a “loser” to a work out machine, a Sergeant in New York City, and a fitness role model for all.
