Byron Bucao has helped define Hip-hop dance culture in the 805 for the past 16 years. Starting his dance school at the age of 17, he has developed his tribe to a total of 12 dance groups as of this recording.  He has instructed students that have gone on to make a name for themselves in the dance community, a student that went on to compete on dancing with the stars Junior's, and has even instructed celebrities’ kids such as those of Metta World Peace. His endeavors go beyond dancing. Millenial Mindset would not exist without this man. In this week's episode, we have the pleasure of speaking to our very own, RicoJay. As you may all have heard in our very first podcast, Rico is not only a mortgage lender, but also a content creator. A great one to say the least. Being a local from Ventura County himself, he shares with us his early childhood as well as some of his personal interests, such as salsa dancing.
