After David and Kenny recorded a belter of a RAW Rundown and the recorder didn't work, we decided that to get the shows out quicker, for one week, we'd COMBINE RAW & SmackDown so Sondra, David and Kenny could all get together to discuss the shows.

The guys talk about all the big topics on RAW from the sitdown Womens interviews and Rusev's This Is Your Life to the return of WCW Icon Goldberg and how all three felt about the big return.

Then the trio cover SmackDown from the James Ellsworth title shot to the hocus pocus of Orton/Wyatt and the Nikki Bella/Carmella segment that divides opinion at ITR.

Check it out, enjoy and have a look at our brand new ITR VIP service over at http://www.patreon.com/insidetheropes

It's a few days late due to real life in 2016 circumstances, but Kenny and Sondra are back in time once again!

There's so much to discuss in this episode as Diesel faces Marc Mero, the Undertaker/Mankind vignettes continue, and we find out more about the shocking scandal behind the real Double J!

Much to Sondra's delight, there are plenty of new wacky characters to meet. Even Sycho Sid vs. Goldust in the main event isn't as bizarre as Bob Backlund wearing sunglasses on commentary during the Sultan vs. Aldo Montoya!

Please remember to subscribe to the show and leave us a nice rating and review on iTunes if you like what you hear.

Kenny is away but Robert, David, and Sondra reunite to bring Raw and Smackdown together this week! They chat New Day, the glory of Chris Jericho, Miz, the Dolphumentary, and more!

There's also some discussion of the current TNA situation and the idea of the WWE Network airing independent content.

Kenny and Sondra are back with another SmackDown Summary! Alexa Bliss attacks Becky Lynch, AJ Styles defends his WWE World Championship against Dean Ambrose in the main event, and Randy Orton hunts Bray Wyatt (while Erick Rowan gets stuck in a cupboard). Plus, Dolph Ziggler finally puts his career on the line against the Miz's IC Title--with their parents looking on!

On Talking Smack, Becky Lynch addresses Alexa Bliss and John Cena delivers one of his best promos in years. Plenty to discuss!

Like most of the world, David didn't watch Raw last week. Sondra and Kenny caught most of the show, so they take 15 minutes to chat about the Cesaro/Sheamus situation, Bayley, and the emasculation of Mick Foley at the hands of Stephanie McMahon.

Did you know that Razor Ramon and Big Daddy Cool Diesel are here on Raw this week, but Scott Hall and Kevin Nash are not?! Kenny and Sondra found this out over... and over... and over again this week on their trip back to 1996!

Also, they got to see the Real Double J (Jesse James) in a backstage practice session, Mr. Perfect accepts a challenge from Hunter Hearst Helmsley, and Jerry Lawler mocks Jake the Snake for his struggles with alcoholism. The main event features Shawn Michaels and Jose Lethario vs. Jim Cornette and Big Van Vader!

As always, we appreciate everyone who's gotten in touch to say they're watching along with us on our journey back in time! Thanks for the support; we're having a blast so far!
