Design is a beautiful part of the software development process. It's often been underestimated and put in a box. Most people only think of design in terms of user interfaces. In this episode, John Ayeni joins us to shed more light on design as a whole and how important it is to the techosystem. John is also a frontend engineer and alongside design, he talks about how he combines the two aspects of tech beautifully.

Employer/Employee relationship in tech is a topic that has been getting a lot of buzz recently.
