In this episode, I have on the show Angela Hanscom, occupational therapist and founder of Timbernook, an award-winning nature-based program that is implemented in countries across the world. Angela started Timbernook in response to the lack of outdoor education and play opportunities for kids, bringing a refreshing perspective to the importance of unstructured play. Water, deemed essential for life by all ancient traditions, is undeniably central to our existence. Sometimes life provides us with challenges and circumstances that require us to first breakdown before we truly see the things that matter.

When we learn about the challenges others have overcome to get to where they are in life, it serves as inspiration for our own journey. It provides the hope necessary to navigate difficulties when we encounter tough times in our own lives.

In this episode, my guest, Frank Attwood, touches on his military background and experience as a father of three children, one of whom has been diagnosed with autism.
