Mother’s Day is May 10th, and in this episode, I would like to honor our mothers. I will focus on four mothers. These mothers aren’t necessarily the ones we immediately think of when we talk about motherhood, but I believe we can learn from them.
Is the measure of faith that God gave us the extent of our faith? Is that all the faith we can ever have? I don't believe so. I believe we can grow the measure of faith God has given us, and in this episode, I explain how to do just that.
Easter is so much more than the easter bunny, jelly beans, egg hunts, and parades. It is the celebration of Jesus' resurrection — a celebration that Jesus is alive, and because He is alive, we have hope. In this message, I explore the true meaning of Easter: Christ's death, burial, and resurrection, and why it is the foundation of the Christian faith. Happy Easter!
This episode, titled "Active Faith," explores James 2:14–26 and shows that true faith must be accompanied by action. Using examples like Abraham, the Canaanite woman, and Bartimaeus, the message contrasts passive belief with persistent, obedient faith. You are urged to turn belief into action—through prayer, and unwavering trust—so your faith can produce real results and blessings.
Can God recommend you? This episode explores the power and significance of God's recommendation using the story of Job and the Israelites. You will be challenged to live a life of integrity so God can recommend you and trust you through testing and blessing.
"Victory in Your Scars" explores how physical and emotional scars borne for Christ testify to God's faithfulness and lead to spiritual victory. Using Paul's life, David's trust, and the story of Paul and Silas, the episode shows that scars are reminders of God's rescue, purpose, and ultimate reward for those who endure for the gospel.
In this episode, "Spiritual Alignment," you'll be encouraged to begin the new year by aligning your life with God's Word, using scriptures like Matthew 7 and James 1 to measure your walk with God.
If you find you're out of alignment, the message gives two practical tools—repentance and obedience—to restore your relationship with God and keep your spiritual life on course.
At some point in your walk with God, you will probably experience church hurt. When this happens, the temptation is to walk away from the church and God; however, I promise you that those actions are not the solution.
In this episode titled "Dealing with Church Hurt," I share personal, practical tips to overcome betrayal and pain from within the church — including honest prayer, refusing revenge, exercise, continued service, forgiveness, and perseverance. Lean into God and remember: this too shall pass.
In this episode I explore how Jesus repeatedly showed God’s mercy — forgiving the woman caught in adultery and welcoming the prodigal son — and what those stories teach us about God’s compassionate character.
We also discuss how the gospel should be shared: centered on God’s love and mercy rather than fear, so people are drawn to genuine repentance and a lasting relationship with Christ.
Mercy is showing compassion or forgiving others, even when you have the power to punish or harm them. In this episode, I discuss God's mercy, its importance, and share 10 of God's merciful qualities from Psalm 103. After listening to this episode, I'm sure that your perspective of God's mercy will change for the better. Enjoy!
