This week we are super excited to have guest Emma Mahony on the podcast! Emma is a mental health therapist based on the East Coast. We found her on TikTok where she makes videos on topics ranging from things your therapist wants you to know, why people seek out therapy, questions a therapist may ask you, and generally draws back the curtain on what goes on in the therapy room in order to reduce the stigma and fear around it.
