Does anyone else feel like we would be better served if resolutions began with the start of spring? Don't get me wrong, I love the new year with all of its goal setting, dream casting, and vision boards. However, it's hard to pull a 180 after the holidays. Spring brings hope, optimism, and a new gumption for life. So let's take a second to evaluate the year so far and to hone in on the resolutions that have become most important to us. Let's set a new mindset and get to work.
