As many of you know, I've been grieving the loss of my mom for the better part of the last year and a half. Lately, I've been realizing how quickly I can fall into a pit of anger. I get angry that my mom isn't here for so many things in my life. What I'm learning to do is combat those feelings with specific tools to help get myself out of the pit faster. I think these tools are valuable for just about any part of our lives. So, I'm sharing them with you.
