I know what you're doing and you should really stop it. You're living a beautiful life with blessings and so much to be thankful for. And you're miserable. Why? Because you're nitpicking everything. You are belittling the good things in your life and you're wondering why you're unhappy. I know this because I do the same thing. Don't you think it's time we stopped sabotaging ourselves?
