  • S01 E02: The one where Monica and Rachel test their friendships.

Similarities and differences, are mechanisms used to categorize our lives. If you had to take a look at your friends, the groups you associate with, whether that may be in the work place or casual social gatherings, who are the go-to-people you drift towards and why? This week we discuss our friend groups, what values we need in friendships and how we deal with conflict with friends. Understanding who we are as individuals gives us insight into who we attract into our lives and more so, who we allow into our inner circle.

Do you have values that you expect in your friendships? Do you have many groups of friends and if so, what attracted you to each of them?

  • Productivity Train

Ah, the age old tale of productivity. In this episode we share some of our experiences with productivity pressure, what society deems as productive and unproductive and where we find ourselves on that continuum. Join us as we discuss both ends of the spectrum and let us know whether you are buying a ticket or sitting on the bench at the station.
