In this series of 8 episodes, Dane and Nat talk about turning pain into passion and trauma into a new business venture. Mental health is something people have talked to me more and more about in the last few years, but that's privately. It’s still stigmatized in Thailand and underrepresented in public discourse.
Also, instead of jumping ahead to the more shocking sections, I would urge you to start at the beginning, ignore the episode titles/descriptions, and just let the story unfold. This shows the totality of a human being rather than focusing on a single component. If we start with someone’s trauma, it’s easy to think of them as quite different from us. If we start from the beginning, we know he is all of us.
As you can tell, this episode is extremely important. It is full of bravery, pain, humor, passion, and struggle. It is the human experience.
