“It keeps me awake at night” is something I hear a lot during coaching conversations. No matter how calm and collected the person might seem, they will have nights of worry that make them feel exhausted and stressed the next day.
With more and more information bombarding us about the importance of sleep, we are all becoming increasingly anxious about missed sleep.
Here are some suggestions for reducing the worry as well as an opportunity to realise you’re not alone - it’s a very common challenge and there are things you can do to increase ease your relaxation and peace of mind.
