Fresh off our very first She Is Liberated Retreat we share about the whole experience along with some of our own personal take aways.

From a deeper look at how living in survival mode has been playing out in our lives and the ways living in our masculine as single moms has cost us in our relationships. 

The theme of the weekend was "Surrender is the pathway to freedom" and it definitely showed up in various ways for all of our participants.
