We learn that fear is a healthy natural defensive mechanism of the body and that phobias aren't irrational fears but an over-reaction by a part of the brain that can be overcome with the proper training. We also discuss some commonly effective methods of overcoming your fears and phobias.

Michelle and Joe take a look at a few new trailers from Disney, including the new Star Wars: Episode XI "The Rise of Skywalker" and the new "live action" Lion King. We delve into this weeks Disney news and entertainment news and give a behind the scenes look at the new Marvel: Universe of Heroes traveling exhibit that's currently at The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. Then we jump over to the music industry and talk about some health concerns associated with Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones and a new album and tour coming from Celine Dion.
