Shaman Kirkland is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine where he majored in Political Science. He has had numerous prominent positions and experiences in the past several years, including working as a Senate campaign manager, attending a Costa Rica Youth Summit, and acting as president of PeaceJam USM. Shaman now owns and operates Organic Gardens farm in Juniata County, PA.

In this episode, Shaman and Nick sit down to discuss what it's like to be on the inside of politics in the US, and they dive deep into some of the divisive issues both at home and abroad. Shaman weighs in on his thoughts and experiences regarding racism in America, and he describes his views on religion and how it has shaped his life.

Seth Whitesel is a musician based in central Pennsylvania who recently released his debut album titled 'Say Uncle.' Seth has played in numerous bands in the past, taking influences from the likes of Dave Grohl, Elliot Smith, Neil Young, Wilco, Brand New, and more. 'Say Uncle' is his first publicly released solo project, which came out on December 13, 2021 and is available on all platforms.

In this episode, Seth sits down with Nick to talk about his album and the inspiration behind it, as well as Seth's past, present, and future as a musician.

Billy Poray is a Marine Corps Officer Candidate with an impressive college wrestling pedigree. Whether it’s with his fellow Marines, wrestlers, or the Riggin’ It Gear crew, he regularly completes insane physical challenges. Billy wrestled for Luther College, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science (‘18).

For someone who’s had so much experience coaching college wrestling, ranging from Division I to Division III programs, it’s hard to believe Pankil Chander is still in his 20’s!

Coach Chander is an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Springfield College, where he is also an M.S. Candidate in Athletic Administration. Before becoming a college wrestling coach, he wrestled at Wilkes University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Sport Management (‘17). In this episode, Coach Chander and Cole chat about Wilkes Wrestling memories, NCAA Wrestling history, and discuss leadership principles (among other philosophical rabbit holes that Cole can’t avoid going down).

Brennan Paden is a member of the United States Air Force Security Forces. In the Air Force, he is a Combat Arms Training and Maintenance instructor. Brennan is also a connoisseur of powerlifting and archery. In this episode, Nick and Cole pick Brennan’s mind about everything ranging from his marksmanship accolades to mobility exercises for athletes.
