Deanna is a certified and accredited 300-hour meditation and mindfulness facilitator. She also holds her master's in both Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming NLP) and is a Certified Grief Coach. Calming the mind is a very important tool in maintaining happiness, stress reduction and overall good mental health. Her work with clients places a primary focus on transformation and she uses the effective tools to assist clients in creating their own road map.
