Weird time for an episode I know but I’ll be busy the night of the all star game so I figured I might as well get something out. We go off on rants about a lot of dudes I think? I just recorded this and already don’t remember the rants. I know we spend a decent amount of time talking about the fun stuff though. This episode is brought to you by our dear friend the dab pen. I figured I should give my liver a night off from abuse so this one is a slightly different intoxication. We’ll be back to the alcohol next time don’t worry. But uhh this series sucked. Offense sucked, pitching was uninspiring, I rant about the beast that is Ohtani, how stoked I am for the homer run derby, how I wish Raffy was in it, go over the league standings and some basic statistics and league leaders. Just the usual boring after a series loss episode. Enjoy!

We took 2 out of 3 from Oakland!! It doesn’t feel like it at all but we did it! No stand out offensive performances at all but some good pitching. It was a fun series, just good base to base offense, no heavy strikeouts, just good baseball. We love it sometimes even if it can be fucking boring as my dead grandpa.

Perfect 7 and 0 during this little home stretch. We love any time we can go undefeated for a week. This was a fun series. We talk about the offense, talk about the lack of strikeouts, and of course I have some random rants in here about god knows what.

So with the Red Sox and Royals still in their long ass 4 game series I thought why not do a filler episode, especially with the all star game coming up, where I drunkenly rant about who I feel should be an All Star. Tried to be original with all the picks but sometimes you can’t stay away from the obvious choice

Red Sox kicked off an amazing weekend with a ceremony to the recently retired legend Dustin Pedroia... for some reason. No number retirement or anything. Just yay Dustin. But then the awesome shit happened and the Red Sox absolutely embarrassed the easily-a-4th-place-team Yankees. Great weekend.

This was not a good series against the Rays. Going in we were up half a game for first, now we’re down half a game. Game 1 was pretty chill, game 2 was your average loss, Game 3 FUCKING SUCKED! We rant about the bullshit that is baseball, what has happened to Bobby Dalbec, how badly Garret Richards sucks, and how awesome Nick Pivetta is as we get ready for the Yankees to make their first visit to Fenway now.

Gonna start off by saying fuck the Royals. Sox should not be losing 2 out of 3 to them. But, in better news, Dalbec has been hot, Rays have not, and we have first place again, baby! Talk about the Rays (fuck them too) calling up Wander Franco, look around at the rest of the league, and bring up just a little bit about the crackdown happening on the 21st for the sticky stuff on pitchers.

This episode of Insoxicated, we’re getting fucked up off High Noon, Busch, and Tito’s while I rant about what the Red Sox have been up to recently. Gerrit Cole cried by the way. That was pretty friggin lame to see. I think I mention the all star game at some point? Honestly have no idea
